The Beats by Dr. Dre have made large strides in the fashion way of headphones and are some of the coolest looking on the market. Unfortunately depending on which type you get the sound quality can be better or worse. From what I have heard and tested out these are the best of the headphones. If you know anything about headphones you know they can get pricey quick. These are some of the best out there and totally worth the money. They do smudge quickly so watch out for that, but other than that they are pretty cool and have some kicken base and have a great set up for any music your into.

In Infinity Blade, you play as a nameless, faceless warrior, who is out to take down the ruler of a kingdom. As you undertake the journey to bring down the God King, you will face his Titans that you must battle before you can take him down.

Basically you go around and are challenged by his minions, who then engage you in a one on one battle. The controls in Infinity Blade are simple. There are very few buttons on the screen to press and the primary attacks are performed directly by swiping on the screen. As you swipe on the screen in any direction your character responds by slicing his sword in that direction. You have a shield at the bottom of the screen that you can press and hold to block an attack. There are two buttons in the bottom corners of the display that you can use to dodge attacks and two buttons on the top corners that are used for calling forth your special powers.

Fighting your enemies is easy. You just have to dodge their attacks or block them with your shield. To attack them you swipe on the screen. You can also use your magic powers, which recharges as you fight. To use some of these powers you have to draw symbols on the screen that the game shows you when you unlock that power. Hit the enemy enough number of times and eventually he will fall, giving you a win and points for your character. As you defeat more enemies your weapons power up and you also get more cash, which you can use to buy new weapons, shields and magic rings.

This game really impressed me. It showed the capabilities of the iPhone. There were no signs that this was put together in one night, and the graphics in infinity blade could compare to a console game.  But making it all the way to the God King just to die on purpose did get a little repetitive, but Epic games says that there will be an update coming out for it that adds new challenges. Also, I love the fact that Infinity Blade supports Apple’s Game Center.

In conclusion, Epic games did a good job with this game. Not only does this game look good, it’s very addicting. I give this game 9/10. You can pick it up in the App Store for only $5.99. (Be aware this game only works for iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 iPad, and iPod touch 4th and 3rd  generation.)

The droid x is the best of the new droids that are currently out. It has a larger screen than the iPhone and a better camera. While the applications might not be as clean on the Droid as they are on the iPhone they are still pretty good. I think we’ll see a large improvement in the years to come in the Droid area and that these phones will probably be here for as long as the iPhone. Right now they’re probably the only smart phone that can compete with the iPhone anyway since many of the new ones seem kinda lame. It’s got great specs and a fast processor and if your looking for a new phone or a different carrier this bad boy can really sway you to Verizon.

The iPad is a cool device that is fun to have and does a lot of things. However it’s more of a handyman than a specialist. While it does many things and is compatible with Microsoft components it is not entirely a replacement for the laptop. The newest iPod touch already has both a front and rear camera; I don’t see why the iPad couldn’t even have one when it came out the same year. While I always do bash in the beginning don’t despair there is still hope. It runs tons of apps , it is actually a useful device and very portable. Does a lot of great things and has many Microsoft applications which is why many businesses are having their employees use these devices in some of their everyday work. Overall it’s fun but once you get it you’ll be already wanting the new model most likely coming out in April.

This is a fun device and is good for the whole family. The games have high reviews and people who have gotten it seem to really enjoy it. However we do have some qualms about this device. Since everything is controllorless you have to do everything by motion. The most annoying part about that is the main menu. The designers adopted the hover method for the motion sensing. You’ll have to hold your hand over the icon you want for a few seconds to select things which isn’t a huge deal but you’ll start to miss the buttons. Now the good stuff would be the video game library as stated earlier is a good selection and are all fun. It’s active and has you moving and is nae impossible to fool in your gestures. Overall it’s super fun so you should go get it.

There is finally a video game set to be released in 2011 that has the very difficult achievement of potential of a series killer. What do I mean by series killer? I mean that this game will (in hopes) finally get rid of the Halo and COD Fan-boys. I myself am a huge Halo fan-boy but I have come to reasoning that this game will ultimately dominate the competition. This isn’t the first of this game, this is the run off of the first.
And What Is The Game?.. Crysis 2

The first Crysis was a huge success with PC Gamers (if their computers could handle it). Crysis would have made it even bigger if the rest of the gaming community could actually play it. Crysis was so massive that even when I turned the graphics all the way down it would be impossible to play. I run on a HP Pavilion dv6t laptop with Intel Duo Core and 4gb of RAM, so you be the judge on how big that game is. But anyway, Electronic Arts and Crytek got the clue and Crysis 2 is going to be released on the Xbox360, PS3, and PC. With this change Crytek did have to lower the amount of graphics a bit so all the gaming systems could run it, but still impressive.

Anyway back to what I was saying before, Crysis 2 has a huge amount of potential to get rid of the fan-boy motive everyone has for Halo or COD or other games and maybe, just maybe everyone can unite in this game. From what you see in the new trailer the game fulfills everything needed to become a hit.
1. Graphics (The graphics are superb)
2. Story (The story of Crysis 1 has been given top ratings, hopefully this game gets the same or better)
3. Gameplay (Forget the “Dolphin Dive” or the “Assassination” because this game has their own versions and might I add, much better versions)
4. Matchmaking (In a previous video I saw about 3 months ago was all about the multiplayer, and honestly it mixes both Halo and COD together to make the perfect combination.)

The Samsung Galaxy is a sleek new Tab that was released a couple of months ago. It runs with any of the major carriers and can use 3G or wireless connection if you like. It has a powerful 1 Ghz processor and is under a pound in weight. While it is one of the first tabs to break on the scene with Android service there are a few problems. Since Google hasn’t set a direction for Android in a Tab form the applications don’t work at full speed and lagg on the tablet. The software also doesn’t take full use of the extra screen space provided. It’s been released that Google is planning future developments for more tablet forms in the future including the Samsung Galaxy. Overall this is a fun device and can compete with the iPad too.The wifi capability and the also the 3G make this fun and convenient device.

The new MacBook Air has a sleek design and is ultra portable. Coming in at 2.3 pounds this laptop is very light not even an inch in height while closed. Whats even better is that there is 7.5 hours of battery life on this machine. The creators of the computer decided to use flash storage creating even more room for the batteries which really helps out for those long days out. Unfortunately it has little in the way of memory. Yes they did switch to flash memory but it is so small that it only allows 64 GB for the $999 model. That seems a little week for a thousand dollar computer. Overall I love this computer and a  lot of its features. You can do some great things on a Mac so overall this a great laptop and I highly recommend this computer!

In what is most likely a staged video, the Atlanta Thrashers Hockey Teams Mascot “Thrash” steals a Zamboni Machine and drives it on the interstate attempting to get from the city of Duluth to Atlanta. The article on their page says that Thrash was hoping to get the attention of “Atlanta Commuters” and bring a larger audience to the team who is (finally) having more success on the ice.

I for one am a big of the Atlanta Thrashers, even though we suck most seasons. So seeing this video made me have to make a article of it myself. The Thrashers recently “moved into fifth place in the Eastern Conference on Monday night with a 17-11-3 record”. Thrash was attempting to get the audience for the Thrashers game on Saturday at 7pm at Phillips Arena. This game is special because the Thrashers will be facing their former (and best) teammate Ilya Kovalchuk and also Johan Hedberg.
